Delivery: online group programme with optional VIP 1:1 coaching

Work Reconnected supports employees who:
- are returning after absence, or are still in work but struggling
- are experiencing barriers with memory, focus, fatigue, processing speed, confidence, or communication
- need support to identify and implement reasonable adjustment
What can employees expect to gain?
- a goals plan linked to their role demands
- a simple memory and focus plan they can use day-to-day
- draft wording for reasonable adjustment requests with review points
- a WRAP-style plan for setbacks and fatigue management
- routines to reduce “boom and bust” patterns and improve sustainability
Group programme + VIP 1:1 coaching (optional)
Group sessions
Used for: skill-building, practice, structured problem-solving, and accountability to apply learning at work.
VIP option (additional 1:1 sessions)
Best for complex cases and higher-risk roles. Use VIP sessions to:
- tailor strategies to the employee’s exact job tasks and workload
- plan for high-pressure moments (meetings, deadlines, busy periods)
- prepare scripts/emails for manager, HR or OH (in the employee’s own words)
- troubleshoot quickly when something isn’t working
Communication with employers / OH (simple, consent-led)
- Designed to be low admin for organisations
- With employee consent, work-focused updates can be provided at agreed points (e.g., start/mid/end)
- No clinical details are shared without explicit consent

Is this a medical service?
It is vocational rehabilitation coaching delivered buy an Occupational Therapist. The focus is practical work support: routines, strategies and adjustment planning.
Can this sit alongside Occupational Health?
Yes. The programme is designed to complement OH guidance and support adjustment trials and review points (with employee consent).
Do you work with managers?
Yes – an optional briefing is available, and we can support adjustment trials and review points with employee consent.
